Mule Tape Puller and Pay Off Spindle
- Winder and Payoff spindle insert into standard 2"
square hitch socket. Steel reels are placed
- on power or pay off spindle to pay off tape or pull tape
as needed. Overspin brake adjust to provide
- tension if necessary to prevent excess loose tape. Steel
Drum is placed on power spindle that uses
- hydraulic power from a tool circuit on equipment or a
stand alone power pack. Uses include pulling
- conductors, pulling heavy wire ropes from underground
pullers through duct, pulling conductors in
- trenches.
