DP-2 Single Drum Rope Puller
This compact single drum puller is equipped with a powerful V-twin engine and load sense hydraulics to provide smooth controlled pulling in both overhead and underground operations. The pressure control valve allows presetting maximum line pull. The compact design enables manuvering in close quarters. The rope pulling drum is easily removed to enable use of split reels for conductor salvage or wire rope reel for underground pulling. This puller may also be used in ADSS fiber optic installtion. A large dimeter wheel on the leveling system provides the proper bending radius for rewinding fiber cable.

Anti-rotation cam brake automatically engages to hold load when stoping a pull.
Free wheel disconnect clutch allows pulling out ropes at high speed from structure to structure using overspin brake.
Heavy duty 12,000 lb crank type stabilizers front and rear.
Hydraulic boom fairlead. (Optional boom for underground pulling and fiber optic ADSS installation)
