(BWPT-50-RC) Re-conductoring Bull Wheel Puller/Tensioner.

Designed to be used on either end of the conductor tension stringing operatin. When used as the tensioner conductor reels up to 96 x 70 inch wide can be placed in the machine. When used as the puller a rope storage reel or a Split Reel for conductor salvage is used. With the both the rope and split reels conductor pulls in excess of 20,000 ft can be accomplished.
