MRS 102 x 72 Reel Jack
The braking system is a reduction drive type that provides smoother tension control than reel brakes that operate directly on the reel spindle. The standard hand wheel operated caliper and ventilated brake disc maintain a constant tension*. The addition of the hydraulic motor drive to the reduction drive makes this stand a powerful rewind machine as well. This stand is adaptable both for use with bull wheel tensioners using remote air brake contols* and with hydrostatic bull wheel puller/tensioner systems. Reel loading is straight drop in with reel spindle riding in polymer bearings. Foot pads with holes are used to bolt stands to trailer decks or for staking to ground.

Using the Hydra-Tension PP-25 Power Pack or other hydraulic power source these reel jacks can be used to reel up old conductor and cable. The pressure compensated pump system of the PP-25 Power Pack is able to adjust tensions and speed as required for take up.
