Features:

Hydraulic tensioning with engine powered hydraulics give these machine additional capabilities. The engine powered hydraulics is used to preset tension pressures, pull conductors around the multi groove bull wheels on initial set up and to pull back on conductor to set sag tension. Hydraulic tensioning produces extremely smooth conductor stringing at any pulling speed. Starting and stopping during a pull is not a problem as the tensioner responds precisely to the set pressure. Reel loading using the rear lift arms on the SL models facilitate reel change outs. In many cases a crane may not necessary to exchange reels.
