HBT-39-RC & HBT- 39-SL Bullwheel Tensioner / Reel Carrier

Hydraulic pressure relief valve provides the tensioning force on the bull wheel motor drive in this system. The bull wheel motor drive

coupled with engine powered hydraulic enables pull back capability. Unit shown above has optional hydraulic reel loading arms. Standard

PP-11 Power Pack or optional PP-25 Power Pack for additional power.

Features:

Hydraulic tensioning on bull wheels for extra smooth tension control at all line pulling speeds.

Oil cooling system allows for long conductor pulls and higher tensions.

Power reeving of conductor for initial set up.

Ability to pull conductor back to sag tension. (See job site pictures)

Spring Apply/Hydraulic Release Failsafe brake locks drive system.

Hydraulic reel loading available on SL model.

Light tensioning capability using reel spindle brake only.

Crank type stabilizers front and rear for easier leveling. (optional hydraulic stabilizer front)

Easy reel loading with straight drop in design requiring no tools.
