SLRT- 8.5 Hydraulic Loading Trailers

The compact SLRT trailers can be configured with tensioning brakes, power drives split reels and other features for use in a variety of construction operation. The heavy duty torsion axle adds to frame strength preventing "spraddle" and eliminates the bounce and jarring typical of cable reel trailers with stub axle construction.

The basic reel trailer features a 12 volt hydraulic pump with 4 way valve to power lift arms in both directions.

SLRT-8.5/TB is equipped with a 16" ventilated disc and articulated caliper for overhead conductor tension stringing.

SLRT-8.5/G11 and SLRT-8.5/G11/TB has an 11 HP gas engine powered hydraulic system to load reels and to power the reel spindle for take up and pay out.

SLRT-8.5/G25/TB feature adjustable pressure load sense hydraulics. This feature enables the trailer to be used as a constant tension take up device.

Standard Reel Capacity: 84 diameter x 60 wide. With pull out extension arm feature reel capacity is increased to120" x 60 wide.

Tow Hitch: Pintle eye, Ball Coupler or Clevis with 3 position height adjustments.

Axle: 7000 Lb. torsion type Trailer brakes: Electric. Tires: 8 hole 16 inch with 3750 lb. capacity each.
