CTT-28 Conductor and Cable Handling Trailer Features:

Heavy duty trailer designed for multiple functions for both pulling and tensioning conductor.

The basic trailer is equipped with a high capacity chain reduction tensioning brake.

Conductor may be tensioned directly from trailer up to 1000 lb. or feed conductor into a bull wheel

tensioner on transmission line construction.

Trailer frame fully welded tubular steel wit 3 12,000 lb crank type bolt on leveling stabilizers.

Trailer Axles: Tandem 12K with ABS air brake control.

Tires and wheels: 11R22.5 Load range G with 8 hole disc wheel 6000 lb capacity.

Tensioning Brake: 20 inch ventilated steel disc (optional aluminum bronze) with hand wheel caliper.

3" pintle eye 50,000 lb capacity with 3 position bolt on nose plate.

Reel Spindle: 3 1/2" with centering bushings and clamps.

Reel Spindle Bearings: High capacity polymer-self lubricating.

Reel Loading: Straight drop in with no close tolerance mechanisms to align.
