Conductor reel tensioning jack and multigroove bull wheels are combined into one unit. Hand wheel operated brake calipers and

chain reduction brake systems provide positive control and fine adjustment of conductor sag.

Heavy duty frame and suspension allows transporting heavy conductor reels both on highway and off road. Large diameter wheels are ideal for OPGW fiber installation.Has fan cooled brakes with solar charged battery pack.

Hand wheel calipers provide positive adjustment control with more safety than with hydraulic pump actuated calipers.

3 heavy duty stabizer jacks are bolted to frame both front and rear to quickly level trailer.
