BWT- 39 - SK (Skid Mount Bull Wheel Tensioner)

Operator controls tension with hand wheel operated brake caliper operating on a 16 Inch ventilated aluminum bronze brake rotor. This provides precision tension control and positive lock up. Brake rotor is driven through a chain drive which also allows retrofitting a power drive system. Conductor or cable may exit either direction from the tensioner. A top opening four roller fair lead guides the cable onto input side of the bottom bull wheel. Bull wheels are open on one side for mid span removal of cable necessary.
