Bullwheel Tensioners

Hydra-Tension manufactures both friction brake and hydraulic pressure controlled bullwheel tensioners. Both types of tensioner offer smooth precise tension control. The hydraulic pressure controlled models offer additional capabilities such as powered conductor reeving and pull back for conductor sagging. The 50" diameter and larger bullwheels are recommended for OPGW.
